The European office sector has undergone a ‘flight to quality’ as businesses seek the highest-quality, sustainable buildings in the best city centre locations.

One exemplary example of this trend in PATRIZIA’s portfolio is The Louise – a 24-storey Grade A office building in Brussels.

Opened at the end of 2024, The Louise is attracting an expanding group of major international law firms, as well as winning plaudits for its brown-to-green refurbishment, its array of amenities and its sustainable credentials.

PATRIZIA acquired The Louise in 2019 and this video details the journey it has been on, evolving to a new reality with the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic changing office sentiment in the middle of its development, the outcome of its refurbishment, and the gains for tenants and investors alike now that it plays a central role in the heart of Belgium’s capital.
